Strength and resistance training

For a balanced fitness programme strength training is essential. At around the age of 30 we start to lose 3 to 5 percent of lean muscle mass per year thanks to the natural aging process. With just two strength training sessions per week we can improve our bone density, structure and functional performance as well as burning lots of calories during and after your workouts!

Cardiovascular Fitness

Cardio fitness has become a bit of a forgotten discipline within an increasing world of strength and conditioning training. It’s a vital part of our lifestyles as it enhances the ability of our heart and lungs to supply oxygen-rich blood to our muscles. Meaning increased energy levels and a more functional and efficient body! There are so many ways in which cardio training is good for us both on the inside and the outside. We can guide you through a fitness programme catered to you and any goals you have in mind.

Lose fat

A wide range of factors affects a person’s ability to lose body fat. Sleeping patterns, stress management, lifestyle choices, hormonal changes, and nutrition. With scientific training and lifestyle support we can help you maximise your ability to lose fat/weight. We will build specific personalised workout programmes to enable you to reach your goals.

Sports performance

Protect yourself from injuries on the field and improve your sports performance by strengthening your whole body through sports specific Personal Training. During the sessions we will add sports specific exercises to mimic movements that are completed in sports. We will work towards strengthening the muscles that are mostly used in the sports you are playing in order to enhance your sporting abilities.
