Since 2014 the Greenspace TW1 team have been providing Bootcamp classes in the great outdoors to hundreds of clients! Our challenging workouts are 45 minutes and are based on high intensity interval training which is a very effective way of burning fat, improving cardiovascular fitness as well as building muscle definition.
We welcome all fitness levels, ages and abilities to our classes and always make sure we motivate and encourage our members to work to the best of their abilities.
The structured sessions are all fun and challenging and because they are all outdoors no session is ever the same. We train in sunshine, rain, wind and mud and the weather and outdoor elements add variety to each class.

Locations
Our classes take place in Marble Hill Park (Twickenham) – meeting place is by the car park. During the Autumn/Winter months, our evening classes take place at Orleans Park School, Richmond Road (Twickenham).
